Update for Calgary Rugby Union Clubs 

June 10th, 2021

The Government of Alberta announced it's Open for Summer plan which will ease restrictions in 3 stages as vaccination targets are reached and hospitalizations decline. If we continue on the projected path, all restrictions could be lifted by late June or early July. As restrictions ease and vaccinations are administered, we will be working closely with Rugby Alberta and our clubs to ensure we return safely to playing the sport we all love!

We will be entering Stage 2 on Tuesday June 10th, 2021

 Youth and adult sports – resume with no restrictions, indoors and outdoors

We are working with Rugby Alberta and our clubs to ensure that we return to contact in a 3 step plan that will ensure the safety of our players.

 

  Never played rugby? No problem!!!  Now is the perfect opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Rugby that will help you develop the skills to transition safely to games when permitted.
